Q.: I would like to use your services but at the moment I can’t pay with my credit card. Can I use someone else’s credit card?
A.: For security reasons we prefer that people pay for our services with their own credit cards. However, it is possible to have someone else pay for you if this person fills in, signs and sends us a credit card authorization form (please, ask our managers to send you authorization form).
Q.: I want to pay by bank transfer. Please advise the best way.
A.: If you’d like to pay by bank transfer please contact us and we will send you an invoice with our bank details. All bank transfers should be made at least 21 days before your check–in date.
Q.: Do you add additional fees for payments by credit cards?
A.: Because of specific taxes and banking costs, we charge an additional 3% for all payments made by Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard and an additional 5% service fee for credit card payments by Diners and American Express Cards.
Q.: Can I pay by credit card for the balance of your services when I arrive in?
A.: Many but not all apartment stays must be prepaid 100% before check in. For additional terms and conditions for apartments, please refer to each apartment’s cancellation terms (these can be found on each individual apartment page).
Q.: What are cancellation terms for apartment stays?
A.: Cancellations made within 20 days of check in date may be 100% NON-REFUNDABLE but please check the additionally terms and conditions of each individual apartment. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Company at:

Q.: How will I get the key to the apartment? Will somebody be there to meet me or we should come to your office to pick up the keys?
A.: We will arrange for our representative to meet you near the number of the apartment building or to have the doorman to hand over the keys. For key handover to work best, please provide us with as much detailed information about your arrival as possible.
Q.: What is the security deposit?
A.: A credit card authorization will be filled out at the time of booking which is used as a security deposit to guarantee the safe keeping of the apartment by the client. The client understands that he or she is liable for damages to the apartment or the equipment in the apartment during his or her stay. The client agrees that his or her credit card will be debited for the full amount of damages directly caused by the client.
Q.: When is check-in and check out?
A.: Check in time is usually 14:00 unless previously agreed upon. Check out time is 11:00 unless previously agreed upon. For more information, please refer to each apartment’s check-in and check-out time (it can be found on each individual apartment page).
Q.: Is cleaning included in the price of the apartment?
A.: Apartments are handed over the guests in clean condition with clean bedclothes and towels. The Company provides an initial supply of soap, paper goods and trash bags. Additional services and supplies are available at extra cost however it may be more convenient for the guests to purchase extra supplies themselves. Rates include normal use of electricity, gas, basic cable, local telephone, Internet. Long distance calls require a prepaid calling card.
For stays of less than 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of $50 will be added to the clients’ bill. Stays over 7 nights will not incur this charge. Extra cleaning can be ordered through the Company office for a fee of $50.
